How often should I use the Face Stick?

Start with around 5 minutes a day, and BE GENTLE! Wait to see how your fascia responds, and build up over time.

Can anyone use the Face Stick?

Most people will benefit from Fascia release, although if you are sensitive you might be more comfortable with the larger end, at least to begin with. Refrain from using the Stick on an area treated with Botox for 6 months from treatment date or until it has worn off completely. If you have or have previously had surgery, fillers or cancer please ask your doctor before using the Face Stick.
