- a seasoned bodyworker who after 25 years of 1-on-1 bodywork and coaching, now develops and teaches bodywork trainings
- passionate about helping others connect to their intuition
- the creator of Your Intuitive Life
- a devout food enthusiast and author of HumanFood 101

- a co-creator of All About the Queendom
At the age of 16, after 4 years of championship Ice Skating for Great Britain, Savannah found herself involved in an emerging cult-like setting, complete with white robes and a charismatic leader. Fortunately, after some time, she managed to extricate herself from this situation, taking with her invaluable lessons regarding autonomy, purpose and protecting your peace. She is now passionate about reminding others that the best guru to follow is the one they have inside themselves and very rarely wears white robes anymore, except in hot climates.
When Savannah cracked her sacrum at the age of 31, she worried she’d never be able to move her body properly again. However, through pace and patience, Savannah was able to listen to her body, figure out what she needed, and facilitate her own healing journey. If it’s a type of bodywork, she’s probably tried it (or will in the near future). Using this wide range of experience, she is now dedicated to helping others learn how to listen to their bodies and take charge of their own wellness.
Through her programs and writing, Savannah helps others reconnect to their inner knowing, tap into their self-worth, and create the life they desire. Intuition is your inner-tuition, your inner teacher, or knowing. It’s that voice that will always guide you well if you take the time to listen to it.
Savannah lives in Somerset where she is a butler to Edith, the world’s most perfect little black cat, and enjoys an ever-increasing collection of random antique knick-knacks.
MANIFESTO
My passion is to support you in unlocking your potential, opening your intuition and connecting to your wildling self.
Throughout my career, I’ve mostly worked with leaders, and what I’ve learnt is that if you work from compassion, intuition, and kindness, success will follow you everywhere. My work helps you tap into the purest version of these three things inside yourself.
Side effects include:
joyful outbursts
beautiful spaces
fully energised bodies
great relationships
strengthened connections
thriving businesses
Compassion:
When people think of compassion, they most likely think of showing compassion to others. This is, of course, important, but what I want you to start with is by showing compassion to yourself. If you start by showing compassion to yourself, then you can truly show compassion to others instead of pitying them, judging them, or looking down on them – and no one likes to feel pitied, judged, or looked down on.
If you lack true compassion, you’re sabotaging your capacity to lead because, instead of helping through and on, you’re reinforcing them being stuck and small.
If you are an empath and can feel others’ pain, I hear you, and I got you. I would encourage you to learn yourself and your own emotional landscape well in order to create the kind of boundaries you deserve and that allow you to fully be the servant-leader you are here to embody.
Intuition:
I learnt from an early age that the easiest way to survive was by reading emotions, which then led to learning to listen intuitively to things. It’s a sense we all possess, but unless you hone and train it, it becomes quiet or hidden. You can turn it back on or strengthen it like a muscle, but one of the blocks we have is the quality of ‘not-enough’. People’s reluctance to pay attention to what they feel lands them in a place of lack and their intuitive voice gets drowned out by louder voices of fears, blocks and the opinions of others. Living from this place leads you down a road of failure or unmet needs. You deserve better.
Kindness:
Kindness can be calm and can also be fierce. How do you know which facet of kindness to use and when? This is where your intuition comes into play. Intuition is your ‘handler’ for boundaries. Some situations will call for support and guidance, and some situations will call for boundaries and ‘tough love’. When you are open to and listening to your intuitive voice, you will know what sort of kindness is needed. And of course, always show kindness to yourself. Kindness is about knowing yourself, your pace and your rhythms, knowing what you need … and that may sometimes mean that you need to give yourself tough love, or gentle love. As long as you’re showing yourself love, you’re on the right track.

This journey should feel like play – everything I do is about staying in pleasure. Even in the darkest moments where pleasure seems like a far-off thing, I’m passionate about always finding a way back to pleasure. The dark times have value – they’re sobering and remind you of what’s really important and should be treated with respect rather than ignored or hidden.
While I do have years of earned wisdom to share with you, I want to remind you: I am NOT a guru. I’m your guide on the side rather than your sage on a stage. In fact, you have no need for a guru, because the only guru you should be listening to is the one inside yourself. YOU are your own guru. When you are connected to your body and your intuition, and infusing everything you do with compassion and kindness – tempered by truth and healthy boundaries – you will be living your fullest potential, shining bright like the star you are, lighting up the world around you.
Questions I always ask:
Is it natural, and does it work?
Am I feeling my feelings?
Am I connecting to my body and going ‘all in’?
Am I expressing myself authentically?
Am I connecting meaningfully to others?
Savannah Snippets:
Give everything the time it deserves.
Time is a great revealer.
If you are stuck, take a look inside …
Your sparkly people are the way – even if you know nothing of how they can fit into your life. This is the Cosmos speaking to you – pay attention and treat it with respect.
Remember: your potential can light up the world in ways you have yet to see. Now is your time to shine.
Join me on this journey. Let’s go illuminate this world together and have a fantastic time in the process!
Now listen to your intuition (I know the connection is probably weak at the moment but you can hear it if you go somewhere quiet and give yourself time). It’s saying that you deserve to live the life you desire. And that if you’ll only let it become your guide then together you’ll build the foundation for one that’s even better than you can imagine right now.
